Ryan Companies | Project Pearl

Olsson Industrial Electric completed electrical installation for Project Pearl, a new 1,028,000-square-foot online retail distribution center in Pasco, Washington. The facility included 45-foot ceilings, office space, a fire pumphouse, and guard stations. Work featured multiple 4,000-amp services, dedicated EV charging infrastructure, 55 miles of conduit, and electrical installation for 108 dock doors and levelers.

Fisher Construction | Project Rainier III

Olsson Industrial Electric supported the new construction of Project Rainier III in Moses Lake, Washington, a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled high-bay automated freezer facility. The project involved development of a fully operational plant site with office spaces, packaging operations, and process control systems, with Olsson leading electrical design, estimating, proposal development, and construction execution from start to finish.

Roseburg Forest Products (Coquille, OR) – Dust System Installation

At Roseburg Forest Products in Coquille, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric completed a design-build electrical system for a new dust collection installation. Scope included a new 480V distribution system, MCC lineups, lighting panels, a PLC cabinet, a third-party spark detection system, and full conduit, wiring, and hardware installation, along with commissioning of two new control systems and ongoing engineering support.

Roseburg Forest Products (Coquille, OR) – Auto Patch Line

For Roseburg Forest Products in Coquille, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric installed new electrical infrastructure to support an automated patch line upgrade. The project included a new 480V feeder and MCC distribution system, multi-level patch line control systems, a new network arm, and all associated conduit, wiring, and electrical hardware, with engineering support provided throughout the installation.

Roseburg Forest Products (Coquille, OR) – Jet Dryer

For Roseburg Forest Products in Coquille, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric delivered a design-build electrical distribution system for the new Jet Dryer facility. The project included a load interrupter switch, dry-type transformer, power distribution center with high-resistance ground, five MCCs serving more than 100 motors, multiple distribution panels, three new control systems, and a lighting system for the 122,000-square-foot building.

Roseburg Forest Products (Riddle, OR) – Dryer Move Project

At Roseburg Forest Products in Riddle, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric supported the relocation of an existing veneer dryer from Dillard to the Riddle site. The project included removal of existing electrical components, installation of new MCC lineups serving more than 90 motors, lighting and miscellaneous power, new cable tray and power cabling, and custom termination enclosures designed by Olsson.

Roseburg Forest Products (Riddle, OR) – Biele Line

At Roseburg Forest Products in Riddle, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric completed full electrical design and installation for the Biele Line expansion. The project included new substations, power distribution centers, MCC lineups serving more than 50 motors, lighting panels, receptacles, and exterior lighting, along with conduit, wiring, control hardware installation, and ongoing engineering support to the customer.

Roseburg Forest Products (Riddle, OR) – 10’ and 8’ Lathe

For Roseburg Forest Products in Riddle, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric designed and installed the electrical systems supporting the 10-foot and 8-foot Lathe project. Work included new substations, high-resistance grounding systems, power distribution centers, MCC lineups, panelboards, lighting panels, cable tray systems, and customer-supplied drive and control enclosures, backed by full engineering and customer support.

Roseburg Forest Products (Dillard, OR) – Medium Density Fiber and Armorite Project

For Roseburg Forest Products in Dillard, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric designed and installed major medium-voltage and low-voltage infrastructure for the Medium Density Fiber and Armorite Project. The work included aerial cables, poles, switchgear, transformers, switchboards, more than 21 miles of underground conduit, modular E-Houses, large VFDs, and extensive distribution and controls installation across the site.

Hampton Lumber Mills (Willamina) – WLC 3.0 New Sawmill

For Hampton Lumber’s WLC 3.0 New Sawmill in Willamina, Oregon, Olsson Industrial Electric provided full electrical design and installation for a major new plant site. The project included switchgear, multiple large transformers, 12 miles of underground conduit, 13 E-Houses, and complete plant power distribution, grounding, lighting, and receptacle systems, along with engineering support throughout the build.
