• Design, manufacture, deliver, and install (2) new 3-phase, oil filled, station service
transformers
• Remove, replace, and test the on-load tap changer remote controls at SP11 and SP29
• Remove, replace, and test the 86T transformer lockouts at SP11 and SP29
• Remove and replace 15kV feeder cables from XJ01 and XJ02 to TO1 and TO2
• Remove and replace 5kV feeder cable from SP30 to TO2
• Provide new 600V feeder cables from CQO2 to TO1 and TO2
