SCOPE OF WORK

Installation of the following:
- 500 kVA Emergency backup generator
- 800A Automatic transfer switch
- 800A 480V Main panelboard
- (4) 225A Sub panelboards
- (2) Lighting transformers
Designed and installed the following
- Lighting and lighting control system for building
- View glass and window tinting
Managed the following subcontractors throughout the project:
- Fire alarm
- Audio visual, TV, and intercom system
- Security system
- Communicaiton backbone and system
Provided design assistance and project management support throughout project.
Although the project had specific specifications and plans, Olsson and NNAC treated
this as a design-build effort to ensure the Customer was provided the most functional
end product.
