In October of 2011, Olsson Industrial Electric completed a prime contract to upgrade the Station Service electrical systems at the Bonneville Lock and Dam. Improvements included: the replacement of three double ended 480 V substations, associated medium voltage cabling, integration with GFE transformer and controls, high resistance ground systems, and panel boards. Additionally, this project included the application of temporary power sources to ensure continued power plant operations during all construction and commissioning phases.
